Where is my order?

You can track your order online my logging into your account and selecting “order tracking”. The details of the order will be shown on this page – including the estimated delivery date, the item description and delivery status.

Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will be sent an email to tell you that it’s on it’s way. From there you can track the order through the Hermes (courier) website.

Alternatively you can call the Next customer service number and speak to an advisor who will be able to assist you with order tracking.

What do I do if I have been sent a faulty item?

The easiest way to deal with a faulty item is to return it to their store. If you are not near their store, please call the Next phone number provided and speak to an agent about making a return.

If the faulty item is a small electrical item like hair straighteners or a toaster, then please refer to the manufacturer.

About Next

Next is a British online and high street fashion, footwear and homeware retailer. They went multinational and operate currently have over 200 branches internationally in Europe Asia and the Middle East.

It is the UK’s largest clothes retailer by sales alone and is listed on the London stock Exchange.

The company was originally names Joseph Hepworth & Son and was founded in 1864 in Leeds. Hepworth was a motivated entrepreneur and quickly expanded his chain to 100 outlets within less than 10 years.

In 1991 Hepworth’s business purchased the womenswear chain, Kendall and Sons for £1.75 million – this gave Hepworth’s company over 600 stores in high street locations.

The following year saw the conversion of stores to the brand (reference) and this expanded as quickly as it was successful.

In 1987 Grattan, the catalogue company was acquired and this gave the brand a foothold into the catalogue business as well as extending it’s then rather modest home range of products. Next Directory was born.

Lipsy was purchased in 2008 and in 2009 the American market was introduced to Next products.
