How do I make a cancellation?

If you want to make a cancellation online, simply go to the “Manage your bookings” tab from your account online and choose the booking you wish to cancel – then click on “cancel room”.

If you want to speak to an agent about canceling your reservation, please call the phone number and talk directly to the staff. customer service won’t charge for a cancellation, but certain hotels might. Please make sure you read the fine print when making a booking.

How do I get my refund?

If you paid by card and later canceled your reservation successfully, your card will be refunded within 24 hours. If this is not the case, please ring the contact number and speak to an agent who will guide you through a refund process.
