Parents are always welcome to drop off/pick up their children from the project and to have a look around the facilities and meet the staff.

When your son/daughter registers with the Base, they will be asked to provide us with emergency contact details and medical information.

From time to time we may write to you to obtain your consent for a trip or other activity which takes place outside the Base that we are planning for the young people. We will not ask for consent for the normal range of activities which take place within the building or to go to the Morris Playing Fields for summer activities.

We strive to make the Base a safe and welcoming environment for young people, where they can come and meet their friends and learn new skills. In order to make sure that the Base is safe and fun for everyone, we have a policy on acceptable behaviour. We do not tolerate threatening or aggressive behaviour towards staff volunteers or other young people.
