Yodel has not collected my parcel, what are my options?
You were given a time frame in which the parcel was to be collected, check to see if this time has expired before you ring the Yodel contact number.
If this is the case, please rebook the collection and a Yodel driver will collect it at your convenience.
Do I need to be in for a collection?
You are able to leave the parcel with a neighbour as long as it’s a neighbour in the same postcode. You can notify the advisor when you call Yodel customer service number and it would be good idea to leave a note on your door too.
What information do you need if I want to rearrange a parcel?
Find the reference number that is found on the calling card that the driver left. Usual account information will also be needed.
How do I change the delivery address of a parcel?
Please speak to the person or company that is sending the parcel to you – they might be able to make some delivery address adjustments before they send the item(s).
Some Yodel parcel services will allow you to change the delivery address when you rearrange a parcel and after the driver has left their calling card.
