I have a missing item, now what?
If you received your order, but you have an item missing, please contact the Topshop number and speak to an agent. You may have received an email notifying you that the item is out of stock – unfortunately this can happen sometimes due to a high demand for an item and multiple orders at the same time.
How do I make a return?
You can return an item you ordered online within 14 days as long as the item is unworn and/or unused – or you can return it to a store within a month. You do this by contacting the Topshop customer services team.
How Do I Track My Order
You will need your tracking number that they sent to you in your order confirmation email.
If you have lost your tracking number, log in to your account, choose the order and click on the ‘tracking number’ link under the order summary box. You will be directed to HDNL or Hermes Europe where you can see the status of your order.
To track your Collect From store order, if you have chosen the express delivery service, log in to http://www.dpd.co.uk/ and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email or click the link in your dispatch email.
When Will My Order Arrive
Standard delivery orders to most cities in UK should be in there doorstep within 4 working days. The working days are from 7am-9pm Monday-Friday inclusive, except Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. If you have requested for a specific day, you parcel will be sent on the day.
Topshop is a British high street fashion retailer that operates internationally, selling clothing, make-up, shoes and accessories. It has over 300 stores around the UK and a further 200 abroad in 37 countries.
Topshop started in 1964 as a department store in Sheffield, England as a part of Peter Robinson’s Top Shop (Ladies fashion designer). They expanded to Oxford street in London and then to Norwich and then all across the UK.
It split from it’s parent company in 1973 (reference) and started to focus on 16 – 24 year olds. Within 2 years of new management, Top Shop had 55 stores around the country and had begun to outshine rivals Miss Selfridge and Way in Boutique (Harrods).
Topshop has been working with designer to add exclusive collections to their portfolio. These include Red or Dead, Markus Lupfer, Hussein Chalayan, Tristan Webber and Tracey Boyd.
