How do I change my booking?
You can change your baggage allowance, flight dates, change names, add or remove passengers, etc.. Simply call the Flybe telephone number provided here and speak to an agent who will be able to guide you through the process.
Where will I find my itinerary?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your booking. This will include the price, the itinerary and flight number, as well as details about your boarding gate and terminal. This also serves as a receipt.
If you did not receive your email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still didn’t get it, ring the Flybe contact number on this page and request another email from an advisor.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only made in the case of disruptions in flights – otherwise Flybe customer care is unable to provide refunds for tickets purchased. If you do not get your initial flight, your subsequent connections will also be canceled at your expense. To change flights, please do so as soon as possible.

Flybe is the largest regional airline operating in Europe. IT is UK based (Execter) and flies almost 150 routes in 9 countries.
It was launched in 1979 following the merger of Intra Airways and Express Air Services. It was sold to Walker Steel group in 1983 and took the name Walker Aviation Limited.
The airline became “British European” in 2000 and was known as BE before adopting the name Flybe (reference) in 2002.
In 2006 a deal was reached with BA Connect and the takeover was complete in 2007. Rosedale Aviation Holdings held 69%, Flybe staff had 16% and 15% went to International Airlines Group. This deal established Flybe with it’s current standing of being the largest European regional airline.
In 2010 Flybe floated and IPO on the London Stock Exchange with a full release of shares following five days later. This valued the company at £215 million and raised £66 million for the company to expand it’s fleet.
The last few years have seen Flybe working on budget flight to London City at Docklands airport, with SAS Scandinavian Airlines and new routed to Amsterdam, Paris, Alicante, Jersey, Berlin, Malaga and Newquay.
